The Passaredo was a bus company owned by  Viação Passaredo. The company began operations as Passaredo Linhas Aéreas Airlines in 1995. Completely owned by group Passaredo, the airline faced suspension in April 2002 but resumed in 2004.

Dissolving an earlier partnership with TAM Airlines, Passaredo Linhas Aéreas Airlines, got into an agreement with Gol Linhas Aéreas, which lasted for four years from 2010-2014. After this, Passaredo Linhas Aéreas Airlines again collaborated with TAM Airlines in 2014.

The Passaredo Linhas Aéreas Airlines was sold to Viação Itapemirim on 3 July 2017, but this deal was resigned due to a breach of contract. Currently, the Passaredo Linhas Aéreas Airlines is headed by Sidnei Piva. Callsign for the airline is PASSAREDO.
