Blue Panorama Airlines is an airline based in Fiumicino in Italy. It serves intercontinental, international and domestic flights to many destinations and runs two subordinate brands called Blu-express for low-cost flights of short and medium range and Executive Blue for business charter flights. Blue Panorama Airline code is BV (IATA) and BPA (ICAO).

The headquarters of Blue Panorama Airline is at Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport at Rome in Italy. The other very important operative bases are at:

Intercontinental flights - For all intercontinental flights, the first baggage with a maximum weight of 23 Kg is allowed for free of cost. If a passenger has two baggage with a maximum weight of 46 Kg then, he or she has to purchase the baggage allowance of 75 Euros through online and 150 Euros if purchased directly at the airport. For the third bag, the allowance is a maximum of 69 kg in total (bag 1+bag2+bag3) and the online cost for buying baggage is 150 Euros. 300 Euros will be collected if baggage is procured at the airport.
