Overall good experience. The bus was a bit late to pickup on Shani Mandir wakad highway. Although, it covered the time after pickup. It stopped near T1 CSMI so it was easy to reach airport.

Drop point was Wakad pune but nobody informed us about the stop and we reached mumbai!! It was a pathetic experience for us 3 hours became 6 hours and then we had to finally book Uber Suggestion- Bus conductor/ driver should inform the passengers when one particular stop is coming coz as tourist we are travelling for the first time and don't know the route/ bus stops that well so unless they tell us that this station has arrived how will we get to know it

The driver number which was provided when called him to get the location for pickup he was very rude with my wife as she called him to check .The pickup was very late and his behaviour was rude

I am a regular traveller to and from Panchgani. the departure of the bus from panchgani is always late and we reach into Mumbai during peak traffic hours hence the journey is unnecessarily extended. Also the bus stops at the worst toilets in the area. its just not possible for women to use them!!

Near my seat there was a vomit they haven't cleaned , the seat was not clean there was dust and packets rubbish on seat .. when telling the bus coordinator he just sprayed a perfume .. for smell.. bcz apparantly the bus was full .. I paid 700 per seat... We had to sit together all the time uncomfortably for somewhat 7-8hours .. I would very much like a refund

Overall a good experience. But the only main issue we faced was the pickup. Santacruz Vakola was a pickup point but now is not operational. The pickup location was changed and was not informed by Paytm or the bus driver. If we had not called and enquiries, we would have missed. The pickup point needs to be changed in the app as well.
