On 09.04.2025, I booked a ticket from Ongole to Rajahmundry through the Paytm app, which indicated that the Ongole bus stand was the only pickup point for the entire city. However, when the driver called me before arriving in Ongole at night, he informed me that the bus would not stop near the bus stand. I explained that the app and the ticket from TMV Transport confirmed the Ongole bus stand as my pickup location, so I was waiting there. The driver mentioned that the bus service was from Tamil Nadu, and they might not have been fully aware of the local arrangements. After some discussion, he confirmed that the bus would only stop at Mangamur Donka junction, which posed a challenge for me since I was not familiar with Ongole. Given the late hour of around 11:30 PM, I expressed my concern about finding my way to an unfamiliar location. Unfortunately, he reiterated that the bus could not enter the Ongole bus stand area due to permissions. Reluctantly, I made my way to Mangamur Donka junction, which required a 100 rupee fare for the auto ride. Once on the bus, I found a bad smell. The seating was uncomfortable considering the ticket price of 900 rupees; I felt very hot even though it was an air-conditioned bus and there was no complimentary bottle of water provided. Additionally, throughout the journey, the driver turned off the AC and I had to ask that it be turned back on, which happened twice. This experience highlighted the requirement for some improvements in customer service quality. Providing good maintenance and clear information about the pick-up points would improve the travel experience.

Despite a ticket fare of 900, the service offers no comfort and the staff behavior is poor. The bus's luggage compartment is filled with oil cans and coconuts, indicating the transport service's money-driven approach, with no consideration for passenger safety and comfort.
