Worst experience. My bus was MH47AS8504. From Mumbai to Pune. At half of journey, their conductor or don't know who, just came and slept beside me as the seat was empty. I don't know maybe he was drunk and smelled so much that i could have puked. He was such irritating, that in sleep he was just moving legs and they could touch me. Even before my drop point which was more then hour away, he woke me and told that this place have passed away, your drop will come soon so go near cabin and stand, i said its still and hour. He said you should go and stand or drop will miss, instead you can sleep in cabin till then. I mean what the hell, he was so irritating that i then didnt sleep and just sat with handkerchief on my mouth aa it was stinking so bad. It was midnight. While drop point arrived i asked driver, who is that person, what is this shit and all. He said the driver just got changed and conductor is sitting here in first seat, i dont know who he is. And when i was dropped that idiot fellow came to pull a passengers bag from the boot space. Such a pathetic behaviour and service.

ac temperature not maintain.. it old to his sub ordination he said if I maintain AC temperature then every one come for washroom.. but I said atleast maintain cooling temperature..

My actual pick up from Swami travels was from Kalyan East Suchak Naka, in Guard Travels bus they arranged my seat with different seat no, then Guard Travels bus dropped me& my Mother Teen hath Thane around 11:20 pm then Swami travels bus came for pickup around 12:30 am after 1 hour 10 mins late.... Horrible experience they charged other clients for sleeper coach Rs 600 only & 1 paid Rs 1790 for 2 sleeper seats , normally they charged Rs 1200/- for 2 Sleeper seats, I paid extra 590 rupees still so much waiting & adjustment, & bus change also. I would never ever suggest anyone to travel in Swami travels

Waited 4 hours for bus which was under repair and staff didn’t answered or gave correct information about when bus journey will start or bus will be repaired. How can passenger to wait for 4 hours on street and at unknown location without any correct information about bus and journey.

AC flat not opening properly... in middle of night ac is too slove...

Time 9.20 Reach bus 10.20 and Drop time 5pm
