Last stop was sahara darvaja but drop before that which place is very far from sahara darvaja. So this is completely wrong.unhappy with this.

We have booked ticket in SVR travels but on the journey time we have received a ticket message and bus from Yadadri travels which is having a worst maintenance and staff behaviour. I frankly suggest to not prefer this travels for any journeys.

Pathetic service !! The bus is a moving pile of garbage !! There are ants, roaches behind the seats. The bus had stinker of gutka all the time. They deserve 0 rating. And the operator needs to have basic etiquettes on how to talk to customers and represent a company.

Bus broke down @ vapi and passenger have nothing to do, Just move on with their own convenience. Or wait till it get Repaired .

Fake and changed seat, Drunk people, 4hr Late horrible journey
1. Fake listing created in Paytm with new name SVR tours for the same bus(Pawan Bus) later they merged and changed my seat from from front to last.
2. DRUNK: they allowed drunk people and one of them was snetching my blanket and Curtains.
3. Late: Started 1 hour late and reached 4hours late.
4. Rude: pick-up point staff is very rude. When you ask to start bus on time they were saying "Office walo ko bolo unki galti hai".
I think Bus staff and owner don't care about passenger and ratings. Mostly booking from peoples who don't rate, booking from shop and the road side passenger. They are focused on lugguage and parsal and spent around 45 mins to load and start bus from scheduled time.
@Paytm please verify before listing bus and take actions.
Bus owner please look into feedback and try to improve service.
