The staff behavior was pathetic and He denied to go to our Destination which was booked from Bengaluru to Varanashi.And on top of that,He stopped 61km away from Prayagraj and that to midnight 2pm where all the passenger suffered including me. Requested for money refund from paytm and still waiting for the response from Paytm though ticket has been booked through Paytm payment Gateway bus service.

I have booked for AC bus, but in the end moment, streamline customer service peoples are saying that your bus will not come to Varanasi and you have come our non-ac bus, which will start from Varanasi. That was fine for me and I also agreed because of the crowd. But when I ask for the partial refund they directly disagree, because if you are changing AC to non-AC obviously the price will change and you have to do the partial refund. That moment the customer peoples are very rude and she said if you don't want you can cancel it. But end moment is not possible for me to get another bus. This is not at acceptable. So I am looking for atleast a partial refund from you guys. So please do it needfully.

I booked the bus for 2pm.i got the bus at 8pm. First disappointed. Waiting for hours is hectic. After that the bus went through some unknown route which caused delay.my purpose of going Allahabad for Shahi bath.in Triveni sangam.on the ospicous day .on the third day Still I'm in bus now it's 11am Still 90km to reach the destination now it's blocked Aswell I don't know when will we reach totally very bad experience
