Please take this review seriously all customers. Who are booking SRS travells please don't book SRS travells because this is the Worst Bus service.
Worst Bus Conditions. All Busses are Very Old Busses, Suspensions are not working correctly.
Seats are all torn Seats and Dirty seats.
No mobile Charger point is working.
Bus got Broke down in the middle of the Journey.
Waited for 2 hours.
Then Instead of Sleeper bus we were Shifted to Sitting bus in the middle of the Journey.
From Bijapur to Bengaluru We booked Sleeper bus But we came in sitting bus.
No proper Tracking mechanism and No proper Communication During the Journey.
Customers please think twice before booking any SRS bus.
SRS has lost all its Quality that it had earlier now they are running busses just for name sake.

Paytam ticket id **********9. My issue is Non refundable After Tue, 18 Mar 11:45 AM SRS travels. So my issue is bus is an time not received delay for bus. Bus timeing 3:44 pm but bus in there 5:45 asking for driver so this issue please Total booking amount refunded by my account. so i am going to other bus so you pay my booking amount refunded please.
