It was horrible journey, nothing was good, bus staff traveled with passenger more then bus capacity,bus was extremely poor in terms of cleanliness.
I will suggest, traveling like this extremely risky.

Pathetic experience seats were broken, no charging points near seats, plus driver was playing music in loud voice, stopping bus unnecessarily and most importantly during booking it was mentioned that where will be dropping at Dhaula Kuan but driver dropped at Kashmere Gate bus stand. Be aware guys your experience will be pathetic if u choose this bus.

worst experience ever.. even if any one give money to travel with this traveller, i won't.. do not book from gurgaon, if you do, they will call you and tell to come kasmiri gate and they keep you on hold and the bus will departure on 11 pm.. very frustrating...

The bus is stuck in Alwar for the last 5 hours. I asked earlier brother, we were supposed to go to Delhi but we are still in Alwar. There was a problem with the bus so we shouldn't have brought it. It wasted everyone's time and was also late.

It Delayed more than 1.5 hrs at Alvar Trade Fair Venue. They also boarded more travellers in lobby which created a horrible experience for me and my wife. We will not travel with this bus service anymore. Your first impression get wrong.

The bus arrived 5 hrs late. The operators weren't picking up calls. Even though we got advanced booking i.e 3 days earlier we had to face a massive loss of our valuable time and resources, we had to take another transport ar the moment which cost us double the amount. We would like to initiate a full refund as compensation of our loss.
