The worst travel experience I've ever had. The bus, scheduled to arrive at 11:15 AM, was nowhere in sight, leaving all passengers frustrated and stranded. Repeated attempts to contact the driver and the office staff went unanswered. Even the landline number was unreachable. An hour passed with no updates or communication from Shri Bajali Travels. Frustrated, a few fellow passengers and I decided to walk to their office, hoping for some clarity. However, the staff there were shockingly rude and dismissive. One employee, instead of addressing my concern, stated that since I had booked the ticket online, it wasn’t their responsibility—an irrelevant and infuriating response. To add to the chaos, a bus with a similar number finally arrived, but it turned out to be headed to Latur, not our destination. This added to the confusion and anger of the waiting passengers. At this point, everyone had had enough. We collectively decided to call the police, as there was still no communication or resolution from the bus company. When the police intervened, they managed to contact the company, only to be told that the bus had broken down and was being repaired. After hours of waiting, the bus that should have arrived at 11:15 finally showed up at 3:30 PM. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer service from Shri Bajali Travels turned what should have been a simple journey into an unforgettable nightmare. All the things could had been de-escalated had the staff or travel agency would have decided to communicate. But unfortunately, the company and their staff are nothing but irresponsible.
