I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent journey on your bus service. The bus was delayed by an hour, and there was no tracking information provided, causing significant inconvenience.
Additionally, the staff exhibited extremely rude behavior, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Despite the drop-off location being clearly mentioned during booking, the bus did not stop at the designated point. Instead, passengers were left at an outer location, forcing us to arrange additional transport at our own expense.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I request immediate action to address these issues. Kindly provide a resolution and ensure such incidents do not recur.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE
Water falls from the seat.
Very dirty seat,very bad trip.

No lights in cabin, passengers are over physical capacity of bus,a few passengers sleeping on passage area, no shoe rack, everyone's shoes are together on the floor, on deboarding people have to find their shoes for 5-10 mins

First they denied to come to pick up point by saying he has to travel one hour just to pick you, instead of they assist to come to bypass Highway.
Secondly they come and all the cabin staff are new they didn't know the way and bus reached one hour late.
