Very very very poor service from SHARMA travels. 1. One hour late expected departure, no proper intimation from the staff waited in standing position at the travels office even there was no proper seat arrangement, 2. Premium class service was mentioned but it's very poor service & performance, 3. Requested abt the AC is not properly working by many passengers, the staff gave rude reply 4. Police verification or RTO issues happend multiple times it creates unnecessary disturbance 5. Request for Refreshments, denied then halted the bus at many locations during the travel & even not communicated to the passengers at least for urinals many of us were in wet clothes because of rain.. 5. Ambience was very very utter worst, too much dusty & blankets were smelled, full bus was mudded & not cleaned 6. Started Lately & Destination reaching also too late, how can a normal human can bear his morning activities upto 10am the actual dropping time is 7 am . Note: Have to less spoke about the drivers, helpers & travel agents @ office.. . Never ever suggest or go with this kind of service provider Paytm ratings may spoil by continues with this type of senseless & irresponsible sercie providers.. It's better to Travel in local govt bus
