he demanded 900 extra per seat to provide bus details. I had to wait 3 hours to get the bus detail. I booked sleeper but he gave me semi sleeper and it was really pathetic as I have 3 kid around 1 year old.

He said bus break down at very last movement and cancelling fee will be pay after 7 days. Ungently I have to move my home that is why taken his suggested another bus in other words he gave me sheet in other bus in drivers's cabin. Do you guys real feel this is the solution I'm paying for sheet inside the lobby area not in drivers cabin. that time I had no choice so have too taken that....

Scam Alert! Worst Experience with [Run Bus Service] I had the worst experience with [ Run Bus Service] while traveling from Nainital to Delhi on [16-02-2025]. I booked a Volvo bus ticket for the 10:25 PM departure and arrived at the pickup point at 10:24 PM—just in time. But to my shock, the bus left without picking us up, despite the fact that I had already paid for my tickets! I was traveling with my wife, and we were left stranded in the middle of the night, feeling completely unsafe and helpless. Despite multiple calls to their customer service, we got no help, no alternative arrangements, and no proper response. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to issue a refund, even though this was entirely their fault. This is a clear scam and a violation of customer trust. Taking money from passengers and abandoning them in the middle of the night is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and strict action against such irresponsible behavior. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking with [Run Bus Services] unless you want to risk being scammed and left stranded at night!

There is no bus there we were waiting for 1 hr we want our refund if u search for the bus service there is no service like that paytm is promoting scamsters. I want my money back i have filled the case for the bus agency.

My ticket was cancelled due to tacknicale reasons.
