I had booked this ticket from delhi to jaipur and my pick up point was from iffco chowk at 11:15AM. I had a very bad expirence and won't ever book bus tickets from RSRTC. There was no Bus number or any contact information provided to contact. The bus was delayed and i came at 11:45 AM. Till that time i was confused and tensed and was about to board another bus. I tried contacting Paytm and RSRTC helpline but no help was provided. It was a very very poor expirence and i highly recommend to make the user expirence better for a mind free travel. Bad show
