Hello, My name is Sachin Singh, when booked a bus from kashmere gate ( Delhi) to kanpur on 4 Feb 2025 and departure time of bus is 8pm onwards. During my booking journey I can't get my bus number and driver contact number while I connected to operation he told me to lift off at bus number 3137 and my seat S10 was already allocated some other person named Bhoomi so I can't be entered by bus service staff . I have an operator call recording as well as your customer care support team , they doesn't reply me on my refund or any other consolidation. Grant my refund and my booking journey is not so good , just do something according to your policies .

Worst bus experience ever. The bus was to be arrived at Ahmedabad at 5:00 p.m. instead of which it took 9 more hours to reach the destination. I missed my train due to slow driving and mismanagement in bus timing. Never ever board this bus. Also the staff was quite rude.

We have been scammed by the bus operator. The booking was with Rama Krishna Tours, but they diverted us to Kalpana Travels bus. As per our booking, the bus was supposed reach Ahmedabad by 5:30pm. But the will be reaching their by 2 am in the night. They kept the bus halted at Jaipur for almost 5 hour because they wanted to get more passengers. Worst experience. Have raised compliant with Paytm. We boarded off of the bus from Jaipur because we had to reach Ahmedabad sooner because of urgency.

they change my seat births , and i got too much uncomfortable , i also called paytm customer service but they don't respond for my query , they said you may go to your seat no. but bus staff and cunductor will remove us from my seat and shifted to another , they said this seat is booked by another customer from another app . worst experience 😤😤😒
