Hello Rajpurohit Travel Agency, I booked a bus with your service from Ahmedabad to Panthawada on 27.10.2024 via Paytm, with a scheduled pick-up at 01:20 from RTO Circle. Despite arriving early, the driver advised me to wait until 03:00, claiming the time wasn’t updated on Paytm. I waited in the cold, only to be met with unanswered calls (about 20 attempts) and no clear update on the bus arrival. After four hours stranded at the pick-up point, I finally had to book a cab at three times the ticket cost to reach my destination. I've already raised this with Paytm, but no response has been forthcoming. This experience was not just inconvenient but unacceptable. I expect a full refund for this ordeal, as it was entirely due to your poor coordination and lack of communication.
