My drop point is on the cjetpur city but they dropped me at the bypass road.

I have selected vishal travells jetpur for drop point at the time of booking But on boarding staff said that bus will not stop there and dropped 5 km away from drop point

Staff behaviour is not good.

Don’t prefer the raj travels for travelling very poor experience for sofa and driving

Charger plug was not working. Bus coordinator asked that all the charger plug are not working. It's clear that he is lying. Please avoid to travel in bus.

Very bad experience

Extremely disappointing bus service. 1. Seats were dirty and uncomfortable. 2. Lights didn’t work. 3. Poor quality of sofa-like seats. 4. Delayed by 2 hours. 5. Narrow seat width, uncomfortable for taller passengers (5'8" or more). I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. Dirty Seats: The seats were extremely unclean, making the journey very uncomfortable. 2. Non-Functional Lights: The lights were not working, which added to the discomfort during night travel. 3. Poor Seat Quality: The sofa-like seats were in bad condition and did not provide adequate support. 4. Late Arrival: The bus was delayed by almost 2 hours from the promised drop-off time, causing inconvenience. 5. Small Seat Width: The seats were too narrow, making it difficult to sit comfortably for long durations. 6. Unsuitable for Average Height: At 5'8", I found it impossible to sleep properly as the space was inadequate. 7. Last Stop Issue: The last station for the bus was supposed to be Bhanvad, but the conductor stopped at Jamjodhpur mini bus stand and refused to continue the journey. Passengers, even those with tickets to Bhanvad, were forced to get off. When people requested that the bus go to Bhanvad, the conductor ignored them, leaving everyone stranded. This was a highly unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone unless they take serious steps to improve their service and professionalism.
