Worst bus experience,
Bus brokeout as we entered in to kalaburgai,
We waited on roads from 6am to 2pm today,
Drivers n management didn't bothered at all, the bus seating is horrible n unhygienic, not even returning our money, as der is no option, we continued our journey, bus max speed was 35-40km/hr, as I hav pre booked hotel stay n casino tickets all got wasted, I lost nearly 8k -10k due to bus delay

Bus was schedule to reach destination by 07:15 am but till 11:40 am it hasn't reached and further it's expected to take 2 hrs more and also but met with an accident.

It’s one one of the worst tour operator. The bus came 4 hours late. The driver was just wasting time halting the bus many times. There are lot of cockroaches and bed bugs in the bus. The linen was stinking. For pick up the bus was late by 2 hours and then suddenly called and said we can’t come at the pick up point and called us 2 km away at night 3:15 am. Nothing good can be said about this operator.

I have not reached it yet. I will never book this bus again. I need to reach my destination by 9.30 AM. It's 3 PM and still on bus. Worst service i have ever experienced. Half day of trip has been wasted. 1-2 hours of delay is acceptable, but more than 6 hours how can this is fine. Who will compensate for wasting our time? Even Paytm support team is not responding.

One of the poor bus experiences I’ve ever had. Pick up was one hour late probably due to Mumbai traffic. And drop off is almost 4+ hrs delay, I’m still in bus 1.5 hrs away from my destination at the time of writing this. Please look into this, as lot of us have next travel connected with this drop off.
