The bus was supposed to come at 5 10, but when u called at 5 10 he said he will come at 5 30, so I waited at a restaurant barely 100 meters from the stop.
When he called I immediately started walking, but he couldn’t even wait for 2 minutes for me to walk the 100 meters, he immediately called and said they’re leaving.

Nearly 1 hrs 54 minutes delay while pick also delayed... I agree sometimes traffic will be there.My concern is driver can manage the time duration like smart time management(speed and unwanted break time), but it's not happen and still it's a volvo bus disappointment... here after I don't believe in volvo surely. normal Leyland bus kumaran travells its easily overcome earlier. I planned to book that bus earlier but due to time management i booked this and now i regret.Ac also so worst only fan they on it not feel any chillness.
