To much delay almost 6 hours

I had talked to the paytm help center for cancel my ticket with full refund because my booking details was completely changed. Like Bus timing from 8:00 Pm to 11:00 pm, boarding point Andawa Paryagraj to Sahson Bypass and Seat no. 3 & 4 to seat no. 14 & 15. Hence i had cancel my ticket with full refund., i had to reach at delhi before 9 Am.

Staff is very rude and aggressive.. they are fighting with passengers,, no blankets were provided as they do not have enough blankets. Not water bottles provided, they filled the whole bus with outsiders without any booking because it was hard to walk inside the bus as the people were sleeping on the floor of the bus. Also this is not a volvo.. it is a converted bus which is too uncomfortable and noisy.. there is a continuous noise of metals. Please no one should ever travel in palak travels it is the worst bus service ever.

Bad sarvice.Not travelling again

At First I have not received any update of pick point change which was originally KFC civil lines and changed to sahso by pass which is 20 km away from original pick up point, this info I received from my group as we are travelling 7 peoples together & due to limitations in paytm we booked 5 together and 2 separate. 2nd there is no valid contact number and driver number is also switched off, i called them 20 times and no response. 3rd my group informed to reach sahso which we did and paid 1000 rupees extra to bike rider for local bike service. 4th when we reached to new pickup point the driver denied boarding and said my 2 tickets are cancelled, after which certain arguments and conclusion he said u have to pay in cash same amount which I did and paid in cash to driver as he said if u want to travel and this amount will be refunded, to verify i called paytm customer care and glad 1 of ur experience and supportive customer representative Jivan answered and explained the procedure of booking refund and compensation for going through this Trauma. 5th they have changed the bus from and old rusty sleeper bus with no charging point & stairs to reach upper birth and jammed slider. I urge to take strict action against this agency named 'Palak tour and travel' as I am not the only one there many ladies and even 2 ladies in our group experience the same situation & worst experience of anyone's life creating all this ruckus in midnight 12 a.m leaving females and kids passengers in life risky situation with no place to go.

Very bad service, There was no bus at pickup point, no office at pickup point, contact number given wrong. I have to Book another bus and they didn't paid my money for 5 person booking too.

Didn't send bus details and money no get refund

I have not seen such a pathetic bus ever

Cleanliness should be good and amenities should be given asap I had to request it multiple times
