This RAJA travels is one of the worst travels agents I’ve ever seen. I demand my partial refund as I’m suffering a lot not only financially but mentally more.
I book 2 tickets from amravati to mumbai with fare 3500₹ each for sleeper ac bus.
In the half route, AC stopped working and took almost one hour without any resolution. Then we travel with window open of AC coach just imaging the situation.
After we reach to Pune at 7 am morning( please note , 9am is the drop location time ).
But driver suddenly realised that AC is not working which is funny and he then move the passengers to another Bus which is already were there. This is so frustrating just imagined. We have to attend the office at 10 and are now travelling with another bus with standing bcoz we are waiting for existing passengers to take leave. Such a bad service this is. We reached at 1 pm in mumbai finally.
As a tech guy, I’m not blaming PayTm for this trouble but some action needs to be taken by you as we trust paytm over Raja travels.

This bus is completely fraud. The AC worked only for 4 hours, after that they asked to open windows. They asked us change the bu in Pune those who are going to mumbai. This is a scam they do. The time to reach andheti was 8:30 but its 4 hours late

poor bus quality, no time management, they open only blower in the morning and stopped cooling.
Need my 50% at least money back. Ridiculous experience.
