The actual drop time is 6.30am but still I am traveling and still 40km are there to reach drop. I have an important work at 8.00am, I don't know what will happen...

Nice journey and overall cleaning is good

If bus comes late by 1 hour also we are understanding that and we don't argue with the driver for that. I came late but the driver not even waited for a minute he proceeded to the next stop. After so many requests he stopped after 6 kms from the pickup location (I Reached there in 10 mins) . When getting down, at least twice or thrice the announcements to be done since it is early morning arrival. But, the announcement was made only once, two of the people supposed to get down at Silk board got down at Madiwala. Even after they woke up and moving towards the door, the vehicle was moved. I was the one gave high star rating for my last travel. With this experience i don't event want to give 1 star. You people are charging 2000+ for the travel which is almost equal to flight ticket, don't you have the courtesy to take care of the customers. Being punctual is extremely good, being a mankind is very much important. I have selected cleanliness - the bus was maintained with high level of cleanliness but in my seat there was a stain mark. Please maintain the hygienity for the fare you are charging.
