The trip has been cancelled by M. K. Travels. One of the worst Bus service experience till date. Later they were trying to sell their empty sleeper seats at high rates. Both the passengers were senior citizens and had to face a lot of discomfort due to irresponsible behaviour of the travels. The guest were so disappointed that they are hesitant to use the bus service again. Paytm is also responsible for the lack of service. Even the refund is not processed.

Worst experience ever. Last moment bus changes from non ac to ac and seating arrangement is also changed.After 3hrs of waiting from 11:30 to 1:30 i didnt got my selected seat.Staff is not at all cooperative.Never to book MK travels

Hi team, need an immediate action, as we are still in bus no passenger reached to there destinations, 1. The details of bus and driver you provided 4050 has not picked us. 2. I have received the call from +**********52 this number he told bus has been changed bus will pick you at 6from andheri, the driver came at 6.47 and that too the bus was AC sitting , and he told all the passengers will get sleeper bus from nashik , he dropped nashik at 2and all the passengers had waited almost 2 hours there bus had not camed, after bus came that too was of Gj 05 Cw 6644 and there was no Ac , no charging point any no cleanliness and there was main owner of MK travel Mr pappu who was making all the passenger fool by making use of there driver, vehicle got there engine damage and stuck yesterday afternoon for more than 4 hours , and driver and pappu was asking customer to checked there destination by there owned , after involving police of indore MP , they told they will provide the bus till8in evening yesterday they provide bus at 9and same issue with the bus no charging point no ac , we are stills tuck this bus is stucked and again driver demand public to pay diesel amount again we involved up police and we are stuck now in kanpur junction, these is too much we are travelling without ac and charging since 3days , want immediate action and need refund , or else i will involve grievances

everything is b******t, fraud bus operators don't even operat a single bus just listed dummy bus and when pickup they says that bus is cancel, now we are shifting to another bus which become worst experience, whatever you have booked is becomes dream I had to travel with a horrible bus
