Worst experience my pick up time was at 10:15 pm and bus came at 11 pm and they were not sent me the bus number or driver contact when I called operator they were saying wait when the bus reached the pic up point they will call you no tracking was sent to me , when ever MSS travels bus has reached their we went to ask driver my name was in the chart or not this is the worst experience I have ever experienced travelling with your service.with out tracking , with out bus number without driver number what should we do just ask every bus that came worst experience....

Everything was wrong in this bus , no information on bus details ,googled and found on own and driver was saying 5mij 10min don't didn't turn up for 1 hour , huge sound inside bus cannot sleep, more over this is like government bus they stop many place go inside City to drop people 1.30 depau over all and drivers are lazy
