Hi, Dear Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious accident involving your bus that occurred near Nathdwara (close to Udaipur) around 2:30 AM. The accident was caused by over-speeding, as the bus was traveling at 110+ km/h.
Details of the Incident:
- The bus was moving at excessive speed, and the driver had been running continuous trips without adequate rest.
- Due to high speed, the bus lost control, crashed into the divider, breaking approximately 100 meters of the divider, and ended up on the opposite lane.
- Several passengers were injured, though fortunately, there were no fatalities.
- Shockingly, the driver and conductor abandoned the bus and fled, leaving injured passengers stranded on the highway.
This reckless behavior endangered many lives, and immediate action is necessary. I request you to take strict action against the driver and conductor and improve safety measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
Please acknowledge this email and provide an update on the necessary actions being taken.
