Pickup and punctuality is big concern

They were not able to stop people from smoking as well as they are not allowing to use toilets even toilets Are not clean.

Bus conductor are not good behavior and water bottle and blanket facilities are not provide and charging problem and most problem are toilet nothing listen are conductor

Worst experience ever. Humne 12 Dec 2024 k tickets book kiye the double sleeper Delhi to Katra, pick up point from Kashmiri Gate metro Station gate no. 03 sharp 09 O'clock, but 07 o'clock I received a call from company person name Mr. Harshit he said bus kashmiri gate se nhi jama maszid se milegi, jama maszid metro station pahuch k dekha waha koi bus nhi thi fir call aata hai k bus red fort ki parking se milegi, metro station se parking tak luggage k sath jana bahut difficulty hui mujhe and then bus me enter kar k to hosh he ud gaye, bus me bilkul bhi space nhi the, double sleeper 2 members k liye sufficient space nhi tha even conductor ne luggage bhi sath he rakhne ko bola diggy facility nhi di, sleeper me blanket bhi nhi diye, charging points non functional the, water bottles bhi khud purchase karne ko kaha gya, break time me bus road k opposite side lagayi for washroom facility, raat ko 3 baje road cross k washroom use karne jana pada bahut risk factor laga. 13 December 2024 bus ko 9 am katra pahuchna tha but driver ne katra-amritsar highway pe katra pessengers ko utaar diya jaha hume 20 mins road per company ki dusri bus ka wait karne ko bola gya. No cleaniness, no comfort, very cheap interior and without any aminities. I advice don't book it.

Last moment change the pickup point , after departure time 1.30 hour delay

Worst bus experience..not even have pickup point fixed..kept us waiting for 30minutes, because RTO police didn't allow them to do pickup from illegal pickup point. And bus quality is very poor..
