Dear Paytm, This was cancelled not running on booking day. I am trying toclaim for refund the money but in your portal no options for claim. Its very bad experience for me. After today I never suggest to anyone for booking bus by using Paytm. Even for emergency also no helpline number working. Paytm Number given in ticket is also not connecting from a one week. I am very old customer but as soon as possible I deactivate Paytm services due to negative response.

The fuel of the bus was totally empty midway. Are they a college student driving a bike or a bus operator. This is the second time happened with me. At the first time the bus operator was different (waiting time for refueling was 5 hours) and with this bus the waiting time for refueling was 1.5 hours. Are they driving a bus or some toy?

Very bad service by bus conductor. Also my shoes of puma of worth Rs. 4000/- has been stolen in the bus, I came out from the bus without shoes and sleeper and walked on road over 1 km to find the slipper shop.

This is very pathetic behavior. On the Journey date, they called on same day and told that bus has been cancelled. Then they said I will arrange bus from Vadodara to Udaipur and after that in another bus with pick up point changed. This is not expected from Paytm Tour Operator.

just disgusting they show some other bus timing was 9;30 wht i have booked they called me early on 8;15 even did settlement with lake city.. which forced me to change bus in middle of my journey... so basically i was still in second bus... what a fake committment they have given just reach in 10 hours.. its been 12 hours still i m traveling..worst journey ever... in even winter times i have to change bus at 5:30 am.they have to mention that before.. so that i couldn't get trubble .
