Only because of this paytm issue there is no cancellation policy avilable in paytm worst service

Semi-sleeper was not very comfortable. Couldn't sleep properly. The driving was a bit rash too. But we reached 2 hours before time.

bus coming too late upto 2 hours and reaching location 3 hours late.... no time sense

Looking outside bus is so beautiful but inside seating is very bad not working properly push backs and not feel like a Volvo

BUS SERVICE IS VERY POOR. TIME GIVEN FOR BOARDING IS 10 PM AND BUS ARRIVED AT 1230PM. RESPONSE FROM SERVICE PROVIDER IS VERY POOR. WILL NEVER BOOK IN SONA TRAVELS

At he outset, let me say - It was terrible Hopeless service by Jabbar Sona travels Some of the highlights of the trip listed below 1. Bus didn't come on time 2. Promised bus did not come (booked multi axel bus but some otherlow quality bus came) 3. We were asked to sit wherever we find place as bus will be changed in the middle way it same as per their wish 4. After 1.5 hour of journey, we were asked to get down from bus 5. We waited somewhere in city outskirts road high way with no facility to keep luggage / sit / washroom. Literally on a dirty road side 6. We waited standing at the road suffering all smoke and dirtness for 1.5 hours and another bus came in which we were asked to board by somebody 7. We were not provided by blankets / water bottle / any single amenity promised when I had paid INR.2,230/ - for this average quality bus 8. Driver was not expert as there were many shake and sudden breaking throughout journey due to which we had disturbed sleep 9. Paid almost double the normal rate for an average bus INR.2,230 for just 450 KMS. Terrible!! 10. Reached the destination 3.5 hours late (just 450 KMs) when it was a hartal day. If i had reached on time, I would have got taxi or auto to reach home as the promised arrival time was before Hartal start time i.e. 6.am. Because of the late arrival I got held in road and had to pay another premium charges to people to reach home safely. How can some bus operator mess up things this much with zero respect to the person who spends hard earned money this much premium?? Ensure you are taking appropriate action and provide the affected people including me some relief. I will be filing a formal compliant with consumer court, bus aggregator whoever concerned to escalate this and let them know how someone loots people without any shame like this!
