Bus staff stated they would be providing water bottles till the end of the journey, If you guys don't provide water bottles please say so clearly, so that passengers manage themselves for the basic amenities

Bus was too late..as actual time to reach jamnagar is 4:30 and we reached here by 6:00.
Even..bus driver dropped us at khijadiya chowk (out of jamnagar) and ask us to seat in other bus of patel tours and travels which is full and we have to travel for half n hour in that bus.

My experience with Gujarat Travels on the Ahmedabad to Veraval route was quite disappointing and well below average. The staff was rude and unhelpful unless they were familiar with the passengers. Here are the issues I faced:
1. Rude Staff Behavior: The staff’s attitude was unacceptable. When asked for basic assistance, they started yelling instead of addressing the concern politely.
2. Terrible AC Experience: At around 1:30 AM, while I was sleeping, the bus was abruptly turned off for a refreshment break. This meant no AC in a fully packed bus, leaving us to sweat for about 30 minutes. Gujarat Travels, can you explain why passengers are forced to bear such discomfort in the middle of the night? Is it justified to turn off the AC completely during a break, especially when passengers are resting? We pay high private travel fares for comfort, not for being left in discomfort just because the staff decided to take a break. Why should passengers be made to suffer just because the driver wants to switch off the vehicle?
3. Unjustified Refusal to Drop: The bus was already running an hour late, and because of this, the person who was supposed to pick me up was no longer available. I politely requested to be dropped just 500m ahead of my selected stop on the same road, which was on the outskirts, not within the city. Ironically, they happily dropped a passenger they were familiar with at a convenient spot. But when I made a similar request, the driver and another staff member started yelling at me, saying they can’t drop everyone “home to home.” Their justification? That they will again need to apply brakes. How is this a valid reason, especially when it’s on the same road and just a short distance away?
Gujarat Travels, customer experience is much more than just comfort, you need to work on this. This was my first and last trip with you. Passengers are paying premium prices for quality service, not to be treated poorly or left in discomfort!
