It could Be Much Better

The driver was driving so fast. The pick up time was correct but dropping time was not. Dropped 2hrs late.

All facility is good but Charging point not working

While checking their website and their bus details it has some details and in reality it's totally different. Nothing is working in the bus

Bus had a breakdown and have to board another bus by paying extra charges.

Tv and ac not working

Space is too low for sleeping also you can't sit in sleeper seat

Waiting hall would be good. No even single poster of express line at pick up location. Suspension is bad and ride was very bumpy. Sitting on a sleeper seat is very difficult. For corner seats. Pillow covers not provided.

At the start they arranged a pick.up van which was not having AC. In the temperatures like this travelling in a pick up van for about 90 min was like an unexplainable experience. After that the bus was superb I rated this journey with 2 stars because of the suspension of the bus and behavior of staff if these two were also in a worst stage I definitely give 0 stars for this journey. Eventhough the suspension of bus was superb the body make was not at all good. Sitting comfort in the sleeper seat was bad. They arranged the seat like structure at the back but not at all good it was far better if there was no support at the back. And there was no place to keep our shoes either we had to keep our shoe in the rack which was dedicated to water bottle and for some small stuff or keep our shoe on the path which may obstruct the walk.way and the last but not least was there were dedicated charging sockets with USB and type-c ports for all seats but most of them are not in working state. I just checked almost 30% of seats and all are in not working state. Overall I would like to say was Suspension of the bus was superb, it feels like Volvo and behaviour of the staff was so cool. Bus body making was of worst they just concentrated on the look of the interior but comfort was "0"
