I am waiting for bus more than an hour at tean imali square, but they didn’t call me. They left me at pickup point. I called him several times but they didn’t answer my phone calls. I called Paytm customer care and registered a complaint, but they didn’t refund my booking amount.

Bus is broke down middle of the road … there is no updates on when we will reach at our destination. Last three four hours we are stuck in the bus at middle of the road. No washroom and nothing. According to current situation we will reach at our destination almost 5/6 hours late. It’s very pathetic and bad experience. Why this bus operators run these buses which not are in good condition.

Very bad bus ever seen in this route first of all wrong pickup location given then lots of stoppage & and drop time given 8 am but actually dropped at 12 pm at different location. This bus is pathetic would rated 0 star if possible.

Bus was cancelled before 1 hour departure I have received a call that your bus is cancelled today 10 March 5 pm dhariwal travel why 1 hour before. I miss my meeting in Mumbai so I angree with your facility . Minimum 5 to 6 hours before you decide whta happend to bus but not why ? This travel is poor quality not expected.and money not refund after 2 days why sir please tell me when refund

First of all they don’t give u direct bus they and other bus's staff will behave with you like you are travelling free they will say I’m not getting any money I’m just helping u. And when u will reach teen imli they will make you wait for 2-2.5 hours and driver won’t pickup the calls also as they promised that they will drop you by 7.40 they dropped us by 10.30 a
