The bus came 1 hr late conductor was drunk no one was picking up my call for status waited for around 2 hr at around 2 AM. AFTER BOARDING the bus they said we don't have seat. So you have to manage.

the seats are not alloted properly to the passengers the bus is fully overcrowded

very bad service plz do not go with it in any situation they have very bad service bus was totally late of 12 hour in jabalpur and also they leave me and four more people in one dhawa and said coming but they are not comed and we are helpless that time and our baggage also leaves in bus never go with it

Pick up was late by 2 hours from sheduled departure. Staff behaviour is completely improper. Bus is being halted for long duration without any reason. The bus is carrying passengers thrice as per its capacity. Passengers are sitting on the floor too. Driver is stopping bus on highway to collect more passengers. The bus hardly clean, no safety and hygiene. I am sharing a double sleeper seat with three other passengers. Not able to sleep whole night. In the name of punctuality, pick up was late by 2 hours, Jabalpur ETA was 12:30 pm but now it seems that we will reach by 4 or 5 in the evening, bus was halted unnecessarily for 1.5 hours in Nagpur (to collect more passengers). The staff is irresponsible, whenever any passenger is complaining, they are suggesting to talk to the main person and not disturb them for anything. The bus driver and conductor are making extra money by boarding more and more passengers even though the bus is full three times its capacity. This is my worst experience till now. If it was not about reaching home for festival, I would have cancelled my ticket. None of the passenger are happy, and the staff is deaf to our discomforts. Whoever is reading this, please look into this issue seriously because every passenger is mentally harassed by the staff. I need compensation for this ride and strict disciplinary action against the staff, the bus operators, the owner and the helpline person too.
