The driver and his companions who were sitting in the cabin started drinking alcohol as soon as the bus left. When a woman was getting off the bus, one of the bus staff touched her inappropriately. That woman also objected.

First of all if the operator want to operate their bus service in couriar service so they have do it but why they are so disturbing the passengers agian and again by stopping the bus ...
Second thing the quality of staff is very bad because they just only want to quantity of money amount but they not gives the quality service to the passengers...
The departure of bus is very late if you are thinking about punctuality of time they're definitely dropped you late at your destination very late dropped the passengers..basically rhey want only money to peessenger..uncesssary filling the passengers into the bus and large amount of people making too much noise and uncesssary rubbish talking and drinkers also travels in the bus last night ..
So the conduter doesn't mean or any understanding to what kind of people travels in the bus ...
I don't like the travels service at all so from my the rating is zerooo !!

He come on pickup point after 1.5 hours.
And the bus quality is too bad bus shockers are not working so we can't sleep whole trip. Staff is not he behaves rudely

I had a very bad experience while traveling, Staff are not good with talking, The bus is not cleaned properly, The seat covers are dirty and the bus is not on time. I suggest you don't book this bus to try different travel agencies.

My travel has been horrible. The bus driver took money from close to 14 passengers at the moment of departure and there was no seat available. They has to sit in the between passage in the seats which was a nightmare. Along with it the driver didn’t stop for the restroom even after several requests made my my mother who’s an elderly. The language and well as behaviour of the driver was pathetical and rude. I won’t recommend this bus to anyone. Please do not go through such menace.

boarded extra people on bus and made them sit on floor during the whole journey... a lot of inconvenience caused because of this... people started shouting and fighting for space and seats... curtains were missing on seats because of which privacy was violated... will not recommend to anyone to travel in this bus

They allowed people to seat in the floor, which obstructed other people to use toilet. Approximate reach time is 5:30AM while it reached at 8:00AM
