This is not the first time having worst experience with BSP. Bus is never on time. Works like a local town bus concentrating on filling the seats at every possible stop throughout the night. There was a very bad spat with a passenger who was heavily drunk ,misbehaving with a female co passenger. Somehow, with BSP these are not even surprising now. I know these feedbacks are waste of time for me. You anyway will take no action. Why ask for feedbacks?

I booked a bus, but at the last moment, they informed me that the bus had broken down and provided details of another bus. However, the bus I originally booked was AC, but the one they gave me was non-AC, and the timings were also different.
I had booked two tickets for ₹1,592, but the bus they provided cost only around ₹1,100, and they haven't refunded the balance amount. This was a very bad experience.
Also, the quality of the bus they provided was very bad. If needed, you can check the bus yourself.
I want to file a complaint about this, but I have no other option, so please refund my remaining amount.

Dropping location was in appropriate, while booking it has mentioned erode bus stand but dropped me in Bhavani mentioning it’s a app error,

Bus was late by 1 hour, traffic was heavy but they should've adjusted their departure time based on traffic. Drop point I booked was something and they dropped me somewhere else and I had to take another bus to travel for 10 kms, why would I even book a bus if I had to change 3 buses in order to reach my destination
