Disappointing Experience with Anshi Tour and Travels Bus- I recently had a frustrating experience with Anshi Tour and Travels bus. I had booked the 10:15 pm bus, but it arrived at 11:00, a full 45 minutes late, without any prior notification or call to inform passengers about the delay. To add to the confusion, the bus I boarded had "Kissan Kissan" written on it, which was not the bus I had booked. Upon reaching the designated pickup point, I was surprised to find that the bus was not at the mentioned address. Instead, the driver called me and instructed me to hurry to a different location, using unprofessional and rough language. The driver even asked me to arrange for a tempo to reach the new location. The journey was further marred by poor service. During a brief stop for breakfast, the driver failed to count the passengers properly, resulting in one passenger being left behind. The bus stopped 8 km ahead, and only after the stranded passenger caught up did the bus proceed. This entire ordeal wasted over an hour of all the passengers' time. The behavior of the staff was also unimpressive. To make matters worse, the bus was late in Lucknow as well, and our scheduled arrival time in Kota was 8:15. However, we reached around 9:30 to 10:00, a significant delay. Overall, my experience with Anshi Tour and Travels was disappointing, and I would caution others to be aware of these issues. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliability of the service made for a very unpleasant journey.

Every thing is Excellent, supportable staff, cleaning is very good, comfortable sheet, punctuality is very good, 👍👍
