Cabin Baggage: Passengers are allowed to carry only one cabin baggage not weighing more than 8 kg as per SunExpress Airlines baggage weight rules. The dimension of cabin baggage according to SunExpress Airlines baggage size policy is 55cm x 40cm x 23cm. Passengers may also carry a handbag, laptop bag, or briefcase along with the cabin baggage.

SunExpress Airlines baggage policy – Checked Baggage:

International flights - Passengers are allowed to carry checked baggage of 20 to 40 kg as per SunExpress Airlines baggage rules, depending on the destinations and according to the air tickets booked. Passengers who are travelling to international destinations in SunEco air tickets can carry 20 Kg and passengers who have SunClassic air tickets can carry 25 Kg and travellers with SunPremium tickets can carry 30 kg. For passengers who are travelling on international flights to destinations in Turkey can carry a maximum of 30kg (SunEco), 35kg (SunClassic) and 40 Kg (SunPremium).

Domestic flights: The checked baggage allowance is about 15 to 25 kg for all the domestic flights. According to the SunExpress Airlines check-in baggage rules, passengers who have booked flight tickets in SunEco tariff can carry 15 Kg, in SunClassic it is 20 Kg and in SunPremium tariff, passengers are allowed to carry the checked baggage not exceeding 25 Kg.

Web Check-in: For international flights, passengers can do SunExpress Airlines web check-in between 24 hours to one hour before the departure time of the flights. For domestic flights, passengers can do web check-in until 45 minutes before the departure.

Mobile Check-in: Passengers can opt for SunExpress Airlines check-in using their mobile phones to select the desired seat and get the boarding pass. The soft copy of the boarding pass will be sent to the registered email ID of the passenger.

Mobile check-in is possible for all the domestic flights from Turkey, all international flights from Turkey except Antalya and Izmir hubs.

Airport Check-in: Passengers can do check-in at the airport 2 hours prior to the departure of the flights. For domestic flights, they need to reach the gate along with their boarding pass 30 minutes prior to departure and for international flights, they have to arrive at the gate along with their boarding pass at least 45 minutes prior to the departure.
