Domestic flights – Pakistan International Airlines baggage allowance for an individual passenger is one. The dimensions for cabin baggage in domestic flights is 38L, 22W & 55H and cabin baggage weight allowed is maximum 7kg per passenger. For Business class alone it is 12kgs and a small bag or briefcase not exceeding 05Kg is allowed.

International flights - The free baggage allowance will be one piece with weight not more than 12 Kg each and 07 Kg each respectively for business and in Economy Class. Pakistan International Airlines baggage size for cabin baggage with dimension not exceeding 115 cms (38L, 22W & 55H) is allowed.

Addition of one small bag of 5kg is allowed in Business class for both domestic and international Flights.

Checked Baggage:

Domestic flights – Pakistan International Airlines baggage weight for domestic flights allowed per passenger in Economy Class is 20kg. For Business Class, it is two pieces per passenger with a total weight of two pieces not exceeding 30 Kg.

International flights – For international flights, the Pakistan International airlines baggage weight will 28 Kg each for Business Class and Economy cabin (For the USA and Canada Only). The passenger can carry a maximum of two pieces or bags.

Web Check-in: Web check-in is an online process by which passenger(s) can Check and save their valuable time. The Pakistan International Airlines web check-in can be done between two days to 12 hours prior to the time of departure.

Airport Check-in: Passengers travelling on the international flights can check-in at the airport before four hours and can check up to one hour before the actual departure time. There are dedicated counters for Economy and Business Class passengers.

No Wait Counters: If passengers have booked the flight tickets and travelling only with hand luggage, then they can approach the special dedicated “No Wait” counters to check-in directly. This facility is available at three airports in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
