Economy Class: The passengers who have booked Economy Class flight tickets can carry one baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg and total size not exceeding 158cms. Passengers with platinum membership, Elite Plus or Blue Silver membership can carry two bags or pieces with each baggage weighing 23kg and size not exceeding 62inches.

Business Class: The passengers who have booked Business Class air tickets can carry two baggage with each bag weighing not greater than 32 kg and total size not exceeding 158cms. Passengers with platinum membership, Elite Plus or Blue Silver membership can carry an additional one bag or piece with weight exceeding not more than 32 kg and size not exceeding 62inches.

• Web Check-in:

Passengers who are with reserved e-tickets can do online web check-in to reserve the preferred seat using the PNR number. The KLM Royal Dutch Airlines airline web check-in can be done between 30 hours to 1 hour prior to the time of departure.

• Mobile Check-in:

Travellers who have booked the air tickets can check in before arriving at the airport using the mobile phone. A passenger can select the desired seat and check-in which generates the boarding pass that will be sent to the registered email ID.
