Carry-on Baggage

• Economy Starter, Starter Max and Starter Plus:

Jetstar Pacific Airlines Baggage can consist of one larger carry-on item and one smaller item. The total must be lesser than or equal to 7 kg and 10 kg for Flexibiz passengers. Jetstar Pacific Airlines Baggage size policies constrain the size of baggage to be 56 x 36 x 23 cm.

• Business Class: According to Jetstar Pacific Airlines Baggage Weight policies, passengers can bring two large pieces of carry-on luggage (each not exceeding 7 kg) and a small item. However, the total weight of all such items should not exceed 14 kg.

• Economy Starter: No free baggage allowance.
• Economy Starter Plus: 20 kg.
• Economy Starter Max and Business: 30 kg is the maximum weight allowed. Passengers can check any number of bags until they do not exceed the given weight allowance. Any single checked bag shall not weigh more than 32 kg.
• Adults travelling with young children can also bring a cot, stroller, portable high chair or car seat at zero extra cost.
• The fee for the first 15 kg shall be $100 on International flights to/from Australia.
• The cost per additional kilogram shall be $25 for International Flights. Connecting flights with international destinations may be charged at the international standard rate.

• Web check-in: For most flight bookings, you can check in online - it's easy, fast and free using Jetstar Pacific Airlines web check-in facilities. There are some exceptions to online check-in. If any of them apply to your booking, you’ll need to check in at the airport. Jetstar Pacific staffs at the airport are there to help the passengers.
• Kiosk check-in: Jetstar Pacific check-in kiosks is another method for checking in that saves time waiting in the queue at the airport. The kiosk can be used to print your boarding pass and if you’re travelling with checked baggage, you can get the baggage tags too.
