Cabin Baggage: Jazeera Airways cabin baggage allowance for an individual passenger travelling in Economy Class is one. The dimensions for cabin baggage must not exceed the Jazeera Airways baggage size of 55 cm X 40 cm X 20 cm fixed by the baggage policy of the airline. A passenger can carry baggage with weight not exceeding 7kgs.

The passenger who has booked the flight ticket on the Business Class can carry two pieces with the combined weight not exceeding 15 kg.

Checked Baggage: Jazeera Airways check-in baggage dimensions of a single bag or piece should not exceed 158cms or 62inches. The passengers who have booked an air ticket on the Economy Class can carry a maximum of 30 Kg. Similarly, passengers who are travelling in Business class can carry 50 Kg baggage as per the policy. The travellers, flying to and from the three airports Cairo International Airport, Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport and Borg El Arab Airport in Egypt can carry a maximum of 40 Kg in Economy Class and 60 Kg in the Business Class.

In accordance with international laws, single checked baggage with weight more than 32 kg is not allowed. Travellers can carry a maximum of two pieces or bags as checked baggage allowance in the Economy Class and three bags or pieces in the Business Class.

Web Check-in: Passengers who are with reserved e-tickets can do online web check-in to reserve the preferred seat using the PNR number or confirmation number. The Jazeera Airways web check-in can be done between 24 hours to one hour prior to the actual departure time of the flight.

Mobile Check-in: Passengers who have booked the air tickets can use this facility to check-in to select the desired seat and get the boarding pass on the registered email ID.

Airport Check-in: This is the usual check-in process; there are special check-in counters for Economy and Business Class at the airport. The check-in counter at the Kuwait Airport starts six hours and closes one hour before the actual departure time of the flight. The dedicated Jazeera Airways Check-in counter at all other airport opens three hours and closes by 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
