Checked Baggage:

• Domestic flights – Bangkok Airways check-in baggage size for domestic flights are 158cms or 62 inches and maximum weight allowed is 23kgs for economy class and 32kgs for business class.
• International flights – For international flights, the checked Bangkok Airways baggage size allowed is 62 inches and maximum weight allowed is 20 Kgs for economy class and 40 Kgs for business class passengers. For business class, up to 2-baggage is free and for economy class 1-baggage is free. However, the free baggage policy may vary according to class and route of flight.

• Web Check-in: Passengers having reserved e-tickets can do online web check-in to reserve the preferred seat using the PNR number. The Bangkok Airways web check-in can be done between 24 hours to 1 hour before the flight. For international flights, it is 90 minutes before the flight schedule. The E-boarding pass will be sent to the passengers’ email id.
• Mobile Check-in: Travellers can do a mobile check-in to select the desired seat. After checking in and selecting the seat your boarding pass with the barcode will be generated.
• Kiosk Check-in: Travellers can do Kiosk Check-in at the airport using self-service/staffed kiosks. After this, customers are required to check their bags at the ticket counter. Check-in should be done 24 hours to 45 minutes before the flight. In the case of international flights, check-in should be done 90 minutes before the flight.
• Tele Check-in: For domestic flights, travellers can Check-in by calling at customer care number (1771). The service is open for 24 hours and only domestic fliers are eligible for it.
