Domestic flights - Air China’s baggage allowance for Economy Class passengers is 20 kg (44 lbs.) of luggage. Business Class passengers may check 30 kg, and First Class passengers may check with a maximum of 40 kg baggage. Each item must not exceed 100 x 60 x 40 cm. Infants are given a 10-kg allowance.

International flights - Passengers who have booked air tickets on the Economy Class may check with one piece of luggage weighing not more than 23 kg. Passengers who have booked tickets in First and Business Class can carry two pieces or bags, each weighing not more than 32 kg. Items must not exceed the total dimension of 158 cm (62 inches) as per the Air China Baggage Policy.

Web Check-in: The online web check-in helps the passengers to select the desired seat and print the boarding pass at the comfort of home or office. An additional charge is levied for this service.

Kiosk Check-in: Passengers who have e-tickets can check-in with their baggage on own using the Kiosk available at the departing airport.

• Domestic flights: For domestic flights, passengers can check-in from four hours to 30 minutes before the departure of flight at the airport.
• International/Regional flights: For international flights, it starts four hours before but ends 60 minutes before the departure time.
