1. Auli, Uttarakhand

There’s even an 800m chair lift for skiers. If you want to learn skiing, they even have an institute where you can learn skiing during December, January and February.

2. Kufri, Himachal Pradesh

This small hill station is close to Shimla, and is known for its lovely skiing slopes. If you’re a beginner, there are gentle steeps and is lovely for a starting skiing experiment. An annual winter sport meet happens during winter season, so all the better!

3. Phuni Valley, Sikkim

This is located in Sikkim and many people flock here during winter season. There are lot of different slopes here as per your expertise level! 4. Gulmarg, Jammu and Kashmir

One of the top most skiing destinations in the World, Gulmarg is also the most beautiful.  In Apparwat Ridge, an 800m slope is present which is a lifetime experience for skiers! These steep terrain is suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers only. Gulmarg also has the  largest cable car in the continent. This cable car stops at Kongdori and Apparwat Ridge only.
